Jasper is a short drive from Harrison on the Scenic 7 highway and a beautiful place to call home.

Income guidelines apply.

1 & 2 Bedroom Low-Income Apartments

Age 62 and up or Disabled regardless of age

One pet allowed within policy guidelines (pet fee required). This does not apply to service or companion animals.  


Rent, Deposit, & Lease

Rent may be based on income.

Project based rental assistance may be available to qualified tenants.

HUD rental assistance available to qualified individuals through Northwest Regional Housing Authority.

Rent includes Water, sewer, trash, lawn care and maintenance.

A $300 Security Deposit is required.

Lease term is one year. All units non-smoking.
