Professional Property Management, Inc. (PPM), located in Mountain Home, Arkansas, was founded in 1983 by Thomas J. Embach and currently manages approximately 60 rental properties with over 1,500 units. Our apartments are located throughout Arkansas and in Southern Missouri and included a mixture of low-income and market units.
Professional Property Management manages apartments throughout Arkansas and Southern Missouri. This area encompasses the fast-growing, Northwest Arkansas region including Fayetteville, Lowell, Springdale, Rogers, the retirement and family recreation areas of Cotter, Mountain Home and Mountain View, and smaller communities like Eureka Springs, Jasper, Cave City, Ash Flatt, Hardy, Gainesville, MO and others, each with unique characteristics.
The management of properties in these areas is not only a business that meets the housing demand; it is also a pleasure. Many of our properties are handicapped accessible and have units designed with special features for individuals with disabilities. Also, many of our properties provide rental assistance to those applicants who qualify.
